Your monthly plan for success

Every successful marketing strategy starts with a clear plan. Each month, we work with you to set goals and map out upcoming promotions, ensuring your website, social media, and email campaigns work together seamlessly. By staying proactive and aligned, we help you maximize engagement and drive sales.

Web Design

Say goodbye to your outdated website. We build a new site (or refresh your old one) and update it monthly to match your social media and email campaigns—ensuring a consistent, engaging brand message that keeps customers coming back.

Landing pages

Losing Out on Leads? Every month, we create fresh landing pages optimized for search engines, showcasing your products and services. These pages act as powerful lead magnets, driving more traffic and converting visitors into customers.

Social Media Management

Struggling with social media? We write, design and schedule consistent social media content tailored to your business goals—expanding your reach, increasing engagement, and driving more leads and sales.

EMAIL MANAGEMENT

Oh no, you forgot to send your weekly email again! We send consistent emails that reflect your website and social media messaging, creating a seamless customer journey.

Extras!

We can handle ALL of your marketing needs. If you need a flyer, a billboard or an ad in the newspaper or magazine just let us know and we’ll get right onto it.

Happy clients

With MM66’s help, we created over 100 landing pages for our cleaning company, which now generate 50-30% of our business. I highly recommend using targeted landing pages as the best way to build any online business.

Questions?

The minimum contract length is six months. This is because the first months of setup, where we transfer and rebuild your website, are the most time intensive. After the six months, we extend in six month intervals.

What to Expect from MM66’s Monthly Subscription

Our subscription offers a wealth of benefits, but it’s important to set the right expectations:

? Consistent Effort, Long-Term Growth
Our goal is to handle the marketing tasks you don’t have time for, building a unified strategy over time. Big results don’t happen overnight—it’s about steady, strategic growth.

? Ongoing Collaboration
This isn’t a one-and-done solution. We meet with you monthly to plan, adjust, and refine your marketing strategy—constantly improving to achieve the best results.

? Consistency Over Virality
While we can’t promise viral posts, our focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality content that keeps your customers engaged and coming back.

? Your Content, Professionally Enhanced
We’ll need your help gathering photos and videos of your products, services, and staff. From there, we transform them into polished, professional content.

? Virtual Support
Though in-person visits are rare, we’re always available for video meetings and online chats, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

⏳ Flexible Time Management
We allocate flexible, internal time limits to each client. If you need more time than usual, we’ll discuss options—either adjusting the plan or offering additional hours on a pay-as-you-go basis. Most clients find our standard plan more than sufficient.

With MM66, you’re not just signing up for a service—you’re partnering for sustained marketing success.

We do not charge extra fees for the services listed in the monthly subscription. However, there will be extra cost to send your mails if your mailing list is greater than 1000 subscribers or if you have a high amount of monthly website visitors. We will inform you of these charges before you start your contract.

Our Work

About Us

MM66 is headed by Mark & Mary Devlin, who have over 40 years’ combined experience in giving clients of all sizes innovative design and marketing solutions.

They spent 18 years in Japan, where they founded and published 707 weekly issues of Metropolis, Japan’s No. 1 English magazine, an 80-page city and entertainment guide for Tokyo’s international community. They also founded japantoday.com, which is still the world’s No. 1 site for English news and discussion about Japan. To handle hundreds of clients, from small businesses to multinationals, they formed Crisscross Creative, a creative agency. Combined these businesses had over 40 staff.

After 26 years overseas, they returned to Scotland in 2016, and set up MM66 to help clients with marketing, website design and social media management.
